With two big games on the schedule for Bonita, no one would fault the Bearcats if they were caught flat footed against West Covina. After a 22 point first quarter, Bonita put any worries aside to defeat the Bulldogs 58-46 in a Hacienda League game.Brianna Kennedy’s 15 points came from second chances from crashing the boards against West Covina.
Taylor Anderson led the Bearcats with 17 points and Madison Zylstra added 13 in the win.
