Covina keeps the top spot with a convincing win over Walnut. San Dimas takes down Monrovia to move up to two. Arroyo falls to powerful Hart while Maranatha keeps rolling along. Oh Alhambra! LP we hear you!                    

1. Covina (3-1) – Colts can score by land and air.      

2. San Dimas (3-1) – Saints leave M-Town in shambles.           

3. Monrovia (1-2) – Remember, Cats were 1-2 last year also.          

4. Maranatha (4-0) – McGee and Minutemen are en fuego.            

5. Arroyo (3-1) – We won’t beat up the Knights for losing to Hart.        

6. Alhambra (4-0) – Moors should be undefeated heading into Almont League play.                     

7. La Puente (3-0) – Nick Barrientos running wild for Warriors.      

8. Village Christian (2-2) – Crusaders beaten up by Bishop.       

9. Whittier Christian (2-2) – Heralds get to .500 with big win over St. Margaret’s.          

10. Pomona (2-2) – Red Devils open Valle Vista league with Covina.        

11. Montebello (2-2) – Oilers lose second straight.       

12. Rosemead (1-2) – Matt Eddy leads Panthers to first win.   

13. San Marino (2-1) – Titans bottled up by Rosemead D.          

14. El Monte (2-2) – Lions hammer G-Stone to end two game skid.           

15. Baldwin Park (2-2) – Suddenly Braves don’t look half bad.       

16. Azusa (0-3) – Should get first win in league opener with Sierra Vista.      

17. Schurr (0-3) – Spartans will pick it up won’t they?         

18. Temple City (0-3) – Rams looking forward to league.       

19. South El Monte (3-0) – The Muchuca brothers spark unbeaten South.           

20. La Canada (1-2) – LC barely hanging on; crushed by CV.
