Arcadia looked incredible on offense and defense against Temple City. West Covina will get tested against Diamond Bar this coming week. Muir would love nothing more than to defeat Arcadia in its league opener.

  1. Arcadia (3-1) – The Apaches have a “WOW” factor.
  2. West Covina (3-1) – Squeak by Glendora, but have Chris Solomon back at the right time.
  3. Muir (2-1) – Bye week gave Mustangs two weeks to prepare for high flying Arcadia offense.
  4. Bonita (2-2) – Offense clicks against Marshall.
  5. Mayfair (2-2) – Jerry Smith returns another punt for touchdown.
  6. Santa Fe (1-3) – Doesn’t get any easier for Chiefs who face Charter Oak this week.
  7. Los Altos (4-0) – Conquerors continue to raise eyebrows during preseason.
  8. La Mirada (1-3) – Good way to get ready for league with shutout win over La Serna.
  9. La Serna (3-1) – Defense hadn’t allowed more than 30 points since November 13, 2009.
  10. Diamond Ranch (1-3) – Defense looks awful imposing heading into league.
  11. El Rancho (3-1) – The Ranch isn’t going to like this, but still not sold on the Dons.
  12. Whittier (3-0) – Incredible start after winless 2010
  13. Diamond Bar (2-2) – Brahmas get big test in Hacienda League opener.
  14. Crescenta Valley (2-1) – Great bounce back win over La Canada.
  15. Burroughs (0-3) – Indians begin Pacific League campaign against Pasadena.
  16. California (2-1) – Aaron Garcia runs for 131 against Sonora.
  17. Burbank (1-2) – Face improved Glendale squad to open Pacific League.
  18. Pasadena (1-2) – Nearly allowed La Salle to get back in the game late.
  19. Glenn (2-2) – Eagles begin Suburban League play with Cerritos.
  20. Walnut (0-4) – Mustangs first four opponents have a combined 13-2 record.
