Devil Made Me Do It

Nothing beats a home opener.

Note to John Saller. “Softballs man, softballs.”

Tough to watch ESPN’s 30-for-30 “Charismatic” last night. Losing a friend too soon due to demons is never good. Having to relive the final days of Chris Antley’s life made it hard to watch. “Antman” was one of the best jockeys for big races when not battling drugs.

Love Kings home openers. Biggest reason to miss doing a show is to be able to enjoy the first home game of the season.

Good win last night from the Los Angeles icemen as they played complete game offensively and defensively. Of course, nothing beats watching Marcel Dionne, Charlie Simmer and Dave Taylor skate at the Forum.

Can someone please tell Joe T. not to count his chickens until they hatch.

My fantasy football league team has been so bad the last two weeks, that I thought it was nearly impossible to post those type of numbers. So do I start Christian Ponder or Kyle Boller this week?

Speaking of Boller, he really shouldn’t complain. Boller makes good money and have you seen his wife?

Note to self: If in line at a casino waiting to cash out, make sure Daniel Rago isn’t behind me. In the NFL what he did to Devin Hester would have been a 15-yard penalty and $15,000 fine.

Not really surprised Carson Palmer got his wish and was traded. Mike Brown is a genius they found a sucker…er…team in the Raiders to give up two draft picks. Personally only problem I have is that the Bengals didn’t ask for two second round picks to not have to pay First Round money.

Palmer has thrown for over 7,000 yards in the last two seasons. He also has thrown 33 interceptions.

Wonder how that Ochocinco guy is doing in New England nowadays after the trade?

Devil Made Me Do It appears sometimes on a regular basis.
