2.) Chris Paul shows up at training camp in New Orleans.                 

3.) Pau Gasol shows up at Lakers camp; Lamar Odom shows up, meets with Mitch Kupchak and then leaves.                   

4.) New Jersey is the latest reported destination of Dwight Howard.                             

5.) The UCLA coaching search is now focused on Washington HC Steve Sarkisian.               

6.) West Covina has 53 rushing touchdowns to 33 for La Serna.                 

7.) O.J. Medina has 20 of La Serna’s 33 rushing touchdowns.                    

8.) La Serna quarterback Frankie Palmer has thrown for 1621 yards and rushed for 532.
