9. Bell Gardens (2-0) – Good start to season.
10. El Rancho (2-1) – Gave Bell Gardens fits.
11. Alhambra (1-1) – Showed some toughness against Temple City.
12. San Gabriel (1-2) – Way too many mistakes against Burbank.
13. West Covina (0-3) – May have begun to right the ship.
14. Muir (0-3) – Mustangs have a bye week to get ready for Pacific League schedule.
15. Wilson (2-0) – Wildcats come from behind to win second straight.
16. La Serna (0-2) – That loss to Downey doesn’t look as bad now.

18. California (0-2) – Lack of offense will hurt the Condors.

23. Pasadena (1-2) – Get in the win column for Coach McFarland.
24. Hoover (1-1) – Break 22-game losing streak with victory over South Pasadena.
25. Arcadia (0-2) – Maybe the bye week came at a good time.
26. Bonita (0-3) – Drop three straight and it doesn’t get easier this week.
27. Glendale (0-2) – Nitros have averaged six and half points a game.
28. Nogales (2-1) – They have won two straight against suspect clubs, might make it three.
29. Keppel (0-2) – Aztecs were awful close to breaking losing-streak.
30. Pioneer (0-2) – It can only get better after last week.
