Will Kevin Amezquita and the Gladstone Gladiators hold on to the #3 spot?
Post Week One Playoffs…
- Bishop Diego (11-0) – Can’t play at home? No big deal the road suits the Cardinals just fine as South Torrance will attest.
- Nordhoff (10-1) – Slapped down Sierra Vista and regain #2 spot in the Northwest.
- North (9-2) – Cruised past Oak Park 27-0. Saxons plan on being unwelcomed guests in the Gladstone residence.
- Gladstone (10-1) – Gladiators bash Mary Star in Baldwin Park as expected and will need to double the effort against North.
- Whittier Christian (8-3) – Heralds handled Torrance 38-28 and have never had an aversion to travel. Ojai or bust!
- El Segundo (7-4) – Eagles came to La Puente, saw La Puente, conquered La Puente.
- Centennial (4-7) – Apaches show a 3-7 record was nothing to scoff at getting by the previously unbeaten La Salle 12-10.
- Village Christian (7-4) – John Amodeo will need a repeat of his 218 yard four touchdown performance for the Crusaders to have a shot at knocking off Bishop Diego.
