St. Franks, Cathedral, Crescenta Valley and Lynwood are all still unbeaten. Can anybody run the table? CV really has only one hurdle to clear with Muir. La Serna looks like a lock in the Del Rio and has yet to play a game. Who’s second best in the Suburban?

1. La Mirada (5-1) – The Suburban assault continues in Bellflower.

2. St. Francis (5-0) – Golden Knights clobber Calabasas; Harvard Westlake this week.

3. La Serna (4-1) – Lancers open Del Rio at El Rancho.

4. Cathedral (5-0) – Phantoms will be tested this week at Salesian.

5. Crescenta Valley (5-0) – Falcons complete the sweep of the Burbank schools.

6. Norwalk (4-2) – Lancers swat Cerritos; November 7 date with La Mirada is circled.

7. Bellflower (5-1) – Demetrius Reed is a player to watch.

8. Lynwood (5-0) – Knights haven’t been tested. That will change this week vs. Downey.

9. Muir (2-3) – Mustangs are fine now that Pacific League play has started.

10. Harvard Westlake (4-1) – We’ll know a lot more after Friday night.

In the mix: Downey (2-3), Dominguez (3-2), California (3-2), El Rancho (3-2), La Salle (3-2), Salesian (2-3), Paramount (3-2), Burbank (3-2)
