Here are the eight teams left in the playoffs and where we think they should be ranked. Charter Oak still remains the team to beat.
1. Charter Oak (10-1) – The scare may have awaken the beast of the Southeast.
2. South Hills (8-3) – Huskies maybe without Jacob Shirley for quarterfinal contest against CV.
3. California (8-2-1) – Condors defense didn’t show up against Rowland but scoring 55 points will still win you games.
4. Burbank (8-3) – Bulldogs come from behind win showed character.
5. Diamond Ranch (5-7) – Panthers handled the Indians and are primed to continue playoff run.
6. Schurr (9-1-1) – Winning ugly is still a win. Spartans need to have a complete game against Diamond Ranch.
7. West Covina (7-4) – Bulldogs remember 2007 and how it felt to lose to the Chargers.
8. Crescenta Valley (8-3) – Falcons need to control the game if they want to upset South Hills.
