I was searching through the Crescenta Valley numbers for 2014 recently and was trying to find something that Jordan Loboianco didn’t do. He had 29 receptions for 530 yards and eight touchdowns, averaging over 18 yards per catch.

He returned 14 kicks for 405 yards and ran back 19 punts for 452 yards with a long of 79. He had 40 tackles and maybe more than anybody else on the field just had a nose for the football. He picked off nine passes while racking up 262 yards in interception returns. Lobianco didn’t just intercept passes, he completely flipped the field. He averaged over 29 yards a return whenever he picked off the QB.

Some thought the Falcons would be done when they matched up against Muir. Lobianco made sure that didn’t happen with 287 all purpose yards while scoring a touchdown receiving and intercepting a pass in the endzone. His 127 yards in kickoff and punt returns had CV in scoring position all night.

Lobianco, who had 1660 all purpose yards for the season, scored in 12 of the Falcons 14 games for a total of 90 points. There were a lot of players that did certain things well for Southeast Champion Crescenta Valley in 2014. Lobioanco did everything well. The dude did everything except post the stats on Max Preps. He was just to busy. He is our Most Valuable Player.
