Turkey Tussle Moved to August

By Tim Peterson (Pasadena) – The annual Turkey Tussle clash between city rivals Pasadena and Muir which has been traditionally played in November has been moved to opening night in August.

Apaches Still Perfect in Pacific, 41-14

By Tim Peterson (Arcadia) – Arcadia jumped out to a 34-14 halftime lead and cruised to a 41-14 win over Muir Friday night in Pacific League action at Salter Field.

Burbank Rallies to Beat Muir

(Muir) – Burbank trailed on Friday when the game was postponed but rallied on Saturday morning to beat Muir 15-14 in a Pacific League contest.
