(Long Beach) – AJ Cruz of the LA KISS gave the students at Long Beach Wilson a thrill this morning when he visited the campus. Cruz spoke to two classes and talked about the importance of staying in school, getting to college or University and setting goals.

Oh, and of course he mentioned LA KISS football. The KISS has been visiting high school, middle schools and elementary schools this off season throughout the Orange and Los Angeles County areas as part of the teams’ Community Outreach program.

Cruz and Mike Diaz visited St. Pius X – St. Matthias (Downey) for Casino Night earlier this year. Also Thyron Lewis and Romeo Pellum went to the Boys and Girls Club in Tustin for the Paper Football Challenge and Cruz, Pellum and Beau Bell teamed up with United Way to spend some time at South Junior High School in Anaheim.
