Note to Denver Broncos Fans: Has your window shut? Doesn’t it appear to be shut? Isn’t your best bet to not leave your future up to Peyton Manning and instead release him before March 9th when his $19-million salary becomes guaranteed?

Force his hand, don’t let him force yours. Save the dough go after some pieces to help your team going forward. You’re not going to get a quarterback high in the draft so give the keys to Brock Osweiler for a season. You spent a second round pick on him in 2012, find out if he can play.

Cut Manning.

The Green Bay Packers release tight end Brandon Bostick, who mishandled the onside kick in the loss to Seattle in the NFC Championship game.

I have a feeling Bostick will be playing for pizza next fall.

USA Today report says based on the 2014 season that Oakland Raiders outside linebacker Khalil Mack would be the first overall pick in the draft if it were held again. Mack went fifth overall to the Silver & Black.

By Comparison to Bleacher Report Mock First Round on 2/10/19

Florida OLB Dante Fowler Jr jumps from fifth overall to second. USC DE Leonard Williams drops to Jacksonville with the third pick…At six overall Jeremiah shows Oregon QB Marcus Mariota going to the New York Jets. In the Bleacher Report first round Mariota was slated to go 12th overall to Cleveland…In that same BR draft West Virginia WR Kevin White was supposed to 6th to the Jets. In the mock draft above White falls to the Rams at number 10…Which is interesting to the think St. Louis/Los Angeles would draft a receiver so high when they do not have a quarterback who can get him the ball. Sam Bradford was granted permission to seek a trade this wee…Wisconsin RB Melvin Gordon dropped from 24th to Arizona in the Bleacher Report draft to 29th overall to Indianapolis…Georgia running back Todd Gurley, not rated as a first rounder in the 2/10 BR draft, is now listed ahead of Gordon at number 23 at Detroit…Finally Bleacher Report listed Michigan receiver Devin Funchess going 32nd to New England, now Jeremiah has pushed Funchess all the way up to Cleveland at number 19…

Oregon quarterback Marcus Mariota and Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston have announced they will throw at the NFL Combine on Sunday.
