5.) “Just an observation from years of reading this blog is that Monrovia bloggers like to lay claim to a lot of kids. It seems all you have to do is drive through Monrovia at any point in your life and you become a “Monrovia kid”. Live in Duarte and drive through Monrovia on your way to In & Out in Arcadia and you have now become a “Monrovia kid”. Grandpa went to Monrovia high School in 1952 and all his kids and grandkids are now “Monrovia kids” even though they may have grown up in Indiana.
