1. The Associated Press, which has been ranking the best teams in college football since 1936, put together an all-time top 20 based on among other things, poll appearances and number one rankings. They also gave a big bonus to AP championships. Here’s the all-time top 5. 1. Ohio State. 2. Oklahoma. 3. Notre Dame. 4. Alabama. 5. USC.

3. Ex New York Knicks head coach Derek Fisher is considering playing again.

4. The U.S. Olympic Men’s basketball team has beaten their five opponents by an average of 43 points in preparation for Rio de Janeiro.

5. Former Ram quarterback Nick Foles reportedly agrees to a deal with the Kansas City Chiefs.

6. ESPN NFL analyst Tom Jackson, who has been with the network for 29 years, is retiring after this weekend’s Hall of Fame coverage in Canton, Ohio.

7. Russell Westbrook has agreed to a new three-year, $85 million deal with Oklahoma City.
