EM has history of doing coaches dirty. Think of the old basketball coach. Been there for years, and he was released for no real reason. This by the AD that never goes to night basketball games. Just does what the Principal directs her to do.
Sanchez’ last season the Principal fired all of Sanchez’ coaches. This was because of parent complaints. Left him with no one to coach with.
AD fired the previous baseball coach as direct by the principal. Now Ureana is out. Girls Basketball coach wins league. Area COY and she quits and leaves.
It is the good old boy story in that district. Always has been. Principal lacks a moral compass. Control freak. No real leadership at the site. Just people that manage the site. And in my opinion they do not do that well.
It is simply befuddling to me how things can be so bad at El Monte High School and no one will step in. Simply a shame.
EM principal and AD getting roasted to their own wrong doing to all coaches on site. Shame on you. Karma my friends.

What a mess! EM just fired their baseball coach, I believe he is in first place, and let him go. Done at the end of the year. The name of a former player popping up as a HC candidate at EM. Oh my goodness. Really? When does the district do the right thing by the kids.
