1. Former Dodger reliever Eric Gagne ends his comeback attempt after posting a 12.27 ERA in five games with the Independent Long Island Ducks. Gagne last pitched in 2008.

2. The Golden State Warriors are the first team to go 12-0 in the playoffs as they complete a four game sweep of the San Antonio Spurs to advance to the NBA Finals.

4. Dodger pitcher Julio Urias is sent to Oklahoma City. He was 0-2 with an ERA of 5.40 in five starts this year.

5. Former Seattle Seahawks star defensive tackle/Hall of Famer, Cortez Kennedy, has passed away at the age of 48.

6. Kyrie Irving scores 42 points to lead the Cleveland Cavaliers to a 112-99 win over the Boston Celtics and a 3-1 lead in the Eastern Conference Finals.

7. The Anaheim Ducks outshot the Nashville Predators 41-18 Monday night but still lost 6-3 and were knocked out of the Western Conference Finals in six games.

8. Los Angeles Ram DT Aaron Donald was absent on the first day of OTAs Monday. Donald and the Rams are in negotiations for a contract extension.

9. The South El Monte Lady Eagles advance to the quarterfinals with a 5-2 extra inning win over Barstow.

10. Happy Birthday to former NBA star Tracy McGrady who turns 38 today.

    FYI

    The Lady Vikes earned a spot in CIFSS Division VII Quarter Finals by defeating Animo Leadership 10-0 in 6 innings. They travel to the O.C to take on Century High School. This is the 1st ever Quarter Final appearance for Mt. View Lady Vikings.
