@ Anonymous (whichever one you are): Yeah, you’re right about the trolls. It’s easy to post garbage, and to behave abusively, when you’re not obligated to use your real name.
Perhaps the people at Mid-Valley Sports should try a different approach to their blog threads. It’s disappointing that grown men (and maybe women in a few cases) choose to act like middle-school kids.

There is absolutely no truth to that rumor. (Or, should I say, disinformation?) Coach Bergstrom is staying put at Alhambra High School.

You sound like a total idiot that didn’t get playing time under the old HC. He did it the right way which 90% don’t and still got to the title game twice.

Weight room is one of the most important thing in football.

Los Altos could not have asked for a better HC. They are far better off with Spat than with the other guy. Spat is willing to go out and get talent to help the program. Ziola thought he could do it all just with what LA had and the “weight room” HAHAHA… All he had to show was being outmatched in two title games b/c he wouldn’t go out and get the athletes needed to compete with those guys…Spat obviously gets it, proven by this People’s pick up. LA is in good hands
