Adrian came up a Dodger and struggled. The Dodgers did not resign him for what ever reason.
The Dodgers have a great roster and should compete again for a championship, but until they get a manager that will not over coach and just let them play, they will not win a World Series. When it comes to the playoffs and World Series, you throw the metrics out the window and manage on gut. We could have easily won the last two World Series and we might win the next two World Series but I would not take that chance with Dave Roberts

The Braves versus the Monarchs. Does anybody care who wins this? We’ve known for several seasons now that nobody can beat these teams, that they are composed of the cream of the southland, kids who actually APPLY to play at these schools.

Whatever else you might say about these programs, they are NOT what I consider to be part of the high school experience. They are totally artificial in their rosters and pretension of community representation. In other words, they’re a lot closer to being college or professional squads than high school units. I don’t believe this product will have a long shelf life.
