2. Keppel head basketball coach Hung Duong has decided to retire.

4. New York Jets safety Jamal Adams has informed the team he wants to be traded after contract negotiations have stalled.

5. The MLB players association has delivered a counter proposal that includes a 70-game season and expanded playoffs in 2020 and 2021.

6. NFL Free agent wide receiver Josh Gordon, who last played for the Seattle Seahawks in November before being suspended indefinitely in December for violations of the league’s policy on performance enhancing substances, has applied for reinstatement to the league.

7. The HBO series “Hard Knocks” will feature the Chargers and the Rams this summer.

8. Dr. Anthony Fauci said the NFL Teams would need to play in a bubble like the NBA and MLS is planning due to the coronavirus if there is going to be a season this year.

9. On this date in 1992 Evander Holyfield beat Larry Holmes in 12 rounds to win the heavyweight title.

10. Also on this date in 2016 the Cleveland Cavaliers beat the Golden State Warriors 93-89 in Game Seven to win the franchise’s first NBA Championship. LeBron James was named Finals MVP.

    I enjoyed watching Coach Doung teams play on the court and his passion on the sideline.
