I see The 10 has side stepped the big story of the Mater Dei cage fighting rituals. This is huge as it exposes big time high school football and what programs that recruit and promise to their prime time players and try to get away with. Bare knuckles fighting with no weight restrictions seems to be on the table. My first thought is if the MD HC really was concerned about the safety and health of ALL his players did he immediately visit his injured player and his family to express his concern and did team mates visit the injured player? That is what any human coach would do with a severly TBI player! There is no indication that happened but in fact it seems the opposite. A huge cover-up for the better part of a year. Bench this coaching staff.
