  1. The Boston Celtics beat the Milwaukee Bucks 109-86 Tuesday night to tie the Eastern Conference semifinal series at 1-1. 
  2. The Kings beat the Edmonton Oilers 4-3 Monday night to take a 1-0 lead in the first round of the Western Conference playoff series.
  3. The Angels optioned outfielder Jo Adell to AAA. 
  4. Minnesota Twins infielder Miguel Sano will undergo surgery to repair a torn meniscus in his left knee. There is no time frame for his return. 
  5. Baldwin Park will host a 4-way Linemen Challenge with La Habra, Pasadena and Monrovia Thursday at 5:00 p.m. 
  6. The NFL ruled Monday that the tanking allegations made by former Cleveland Browns head coach Hue Jackson were unsubstantiated. 
  7. Baseball Division 4 Wild Card Tuesday: La Salle 7 Glendora 1 – Final.  
  8. Pitt wide receiver Jordan Addison, winner of the Belitnikoff award last season, has entered the transfer portal. Several reports say he is headed to USC.

  10. According to ESPN’s Marc Stein Phil Jackson is advising the Lakers on their coaching search.

    As long as Lebron is in a Laker uniform, HE is the guy saying yes or no to any player or coaching decision. In view of how the king’s choice of Westbrook has turned-out, the franchise is heading for a cliff at 100 mph.
