LAUSD reported they expect a 30% decline in school attendance the next few years. Some Districts in the County even higher. Why? Low birth rates, cost of living in socal, home schooling,Covid, take your pick. Expect schools to start combining like La Serna and Cal-El Rancho and Santa Fe- Whittier and Pioneer. No more transfering out of boundries as the schools will be full. Already being looked at hard.

Surprised to hear about Coach Schmoke stepping down at Poly . He did a great job there , particularly in their transition to Rio Hondo league last year when they beat everyone but Monrovia.
And tough loss at eventual CIF champ Quartz Hill in second round !
