    Hey thefutureisqueer,
    To be clear, the future is not queer, America will never be Iran, nor should it become West Hollywood.
    Your future MAY be MonkeyPox.

    @MVSer
    I have ZERO ties to BP high school. It’s not my job to do their job. It’s about the kids getting recognition.

    @Anonymous
    You’re literally bashing me for trying to stick up for high school kids that won a CIF championship. Get a clue bozo.

    @Tank. Tell me you want America to be Iran without telling me you want America to be Iran.

    I get that. It’s hard to cover games but post a pic, post a roster from MaxPreps, ask the coach for a few lines. That takes 5 minutes. You guys have been doing this a long time and know it means something to the boys and their families. I’m not saying your work isn’t appreciated but CIF title is a big deal.

    Baldwin Park Baseball won CIF and a state champ runner up and HAS NOT HAD ONE STORY ON THEM IN MVS.

    Keep pushing out linemen competitions and schedules though. The clicks are irrelevant. So what’s right for the boys.
    From T. Peterson: It has nothing to do with a lack of respect for BP, baseball or anything else. It has everything to do with schedules. Nearly every baseball game starts at 3:15 in the afternoon. All of us here on the MVS staff have full time jobs. We work until 5:00 p.m. or sometimes later. Even the Baldwin Park CIF Championship game was I believe at 1:00 in the afternoon on a Friday. It just wasn’t conducive to our schedules. I love high school baseball but it’s just difficult to get to the games. By the way I’ve heard the same thing from parents.

    Can’t we be done with the national celebrations of this behavior? Nothing to be proud about.
