- Boys Basketball: Adrian Almaraz scored 21 points to lead Northview to a 72-53 win over Rancho Mirage Tuesday night and into the CIF Division 4A Semi Finals.
- Citos Marinez, who coached Jurupa Hills to a CIF Division 8 championship last year, has been named the new head football coach at Rowland. Jurupa Hills beat Charter Oak 21-14 in the championship game. Marinez was also previously the head coach at Gladstone.
