St. Paul 2025 Non-League Football Schedule

St. Paul 2025 Non-League Football Schedule:

I like it but it’s a death march. St. Paul head coach Mike Moschetti believes go big or go home. And three of these games are on the road. Last year the Swordsmen went 6-5 overall and 4-1 in the Angelus League. They lost in the first round of the CIF Division 4 playoffs to Thousand Oaks. Here we go.

    In the know? Moscheti has been places you dream you were. Ran out of La Mirada? Well even if you were correct , which you are not, YOU do some studying . ‘In The Know’ is exemplary of the opposite of the facts. I will educate you the most reliable and accurate way using ‘the scientific process of cause and effect relationships’. But I suggest you will again displace and project your nonsense, as you did above. ‘Cause ‘ and ‘effect relationships, at both LM and SP , can be used to make factual conclusions based on scientific data of successful wins and losses and championships. NOT your Cerritos newspaper man who very well could just be a ‘self appointed genius, like you are. And he may not have ability to check before and after when he did what you said “Moschetti slinked out of dodge’ LOL! Well I would like to “slink out of Dodge’ with a couple league championships ( and the first one in several years since Mele was the head coach) , at least one CIF Championship, and A CIF STATE CHAMPIONSHIP proving you are the only FOOL now. I suggest you never even played the game after little league football . More truth for the fool is ST Paul is paying him a hell of a lot of Money . Possibly more than Milli Vinilly has made since ‘they faked like you do

    Sports Fool you know nothing. Moschetti was ran out of La Mirada on a rail. Read up on him . The Los Cerritos news did a multi-week expose on his program before he slinked out of dodge. What St. Paul did was like hiring Milli Vanilli to be your wedding band. All show no go.

    FBFan I agree somewhat concerning too much travel ball games, but I also think ‘who is the travel ball coach?” In my observation some are good, some pretty good and some are jerks who will pitch their pitching staff (like in tournaments of many teams) way too much to win games and satisfy their weak egos.

    Anonymous: Sure Anonymous ! please enlighten us with your acumen and tell us a few of the ‘local head football coaches’ you know are better with successful football than him? If the senior wants to learn football never leave if he is coaching, unless you are not getting playing time

    Moschetti did very , very close to the exact same thing when scheduling La Mirada’s pre league ‘ opponents. If I recall correctly LM even played Mater Dei lol. Obviously what he says “go big or go home’ commenting on pre season opponents only. LM played against a few great football teams before entering league play. WELL La Mirada did , in one season, go on and win a CIF Championship and also the State Championship. Did Moschetti’s club also win some league titles, and kept La Mirada’s “most CIf appearances in a row’ going. When he took a break, stating love more time with his family, LM fell down badly.

    And you probably also think 100 travel ball baseball games are good for young arms too….

    Training is good yes, overtraining is bad. And that’s why you see so many teams burned out when they’re supposed to be peaking but instead they peaked sometime around July and their bodies are spent by the most important parts of the season.

    FB you got to be a Mochetti boy otherwise your post means football should be banned. Some injuries sure but training does not cause injuries but prevents them.

    @CIF;

    That can be said about a lot of teams regardless of schedule. Especially when you add all the off-season 7 on 7 tournaments and the year round trainings. The body can only take so much.

    50% of the starters will have sustained an injury by first league game.

    Does this so that when teams are shaking hands at the end of each game, Coach Moschetti and Co. have the opportunity to recruit the back ups and 3rd stringers. “As a Swordman, you’ll be starting”.

    Dumb move with this schedule! If you are a soon to be senior at St Paul you should transfer. Coach is setting you up for failure to push his own ego.

    Jason Negro is doing a death march of his own these days as he walks into Superior court to explain how his cash-only operation was tight and honest. Tip to readers: if you’ve got to do a death march, take the Moschetti version.

    Indeed. There seems to be no concern about having a winning record , or even winning a game anymore to qualify for playoffs . Moschetti doing great job , getting more players, and will probably find a way to win a couple of these ….Damien and Amat most likely .

    St. Paul goes 0-10 and qualifies for D9 and runs the table. Championship rings all around. Its a different world.
