“I don’t know what he said;and I don’t think he knows either.”
CIF Officials have proven they are ‘lost in the ozone’ concerning who deserves and will earn the opportunity to make the cif baseball playoffs when they added Division 9 to the mix! I am not claiming perfect correctness, nor do I claim i know how it all should be,! BUT a team not in the top three or four in league; and loses 23 to 1 versus one league opponent; and even worse gets butts whipped by another good league opponent by worse scores , WILL NEVER ever be in a playoff tournament created by real ‘Quality’ smart officials. How does it figure that the league opponent who beat this team 23 to 1 loses it’s first round game (of course in a much, much better division) and finds itself with ‘season over blues’ as the team that did not earn being in the playoffs plays for the Division 9 CIF championship? Well it don’t figure unless the officials are turning ‘the great and fortunate ‘ deserved opportunities for greatest teams into only unimportant high school baseball teams and student athletes
