Not much movement as everybody in the Top 12 won this week. Damien continues to come up with impressive victories over quality teams. Bonita, Northview, and La Canada are all undefeated. Muir and Rio Hondo Prep are going to be very tough outs in the post season.

(Irwindale, CA) The Rio Hondo Kares and the Viewpoint Patriots met in both teams first Gold Coast League opener and the Kares won in dominant fashion 54-19 at Francis E. Ostergard Stadium at Kares Park Friday night.

(El Monte) – After losing last week to South El Monte and with Arroyo looming on the horizon the El Monte hopes for a Mission Valley League title looked dim. But the Lions turned the lights back on and the hopes were renewed as they ran over the Knights 42-32 Friday night at B.L. Bergstrom Stadium.
