Knights Roll through Lion Country

By Tim Peterson (El Monte) – Arroyo scored five runs in the sixth and Tony Davalos fired a complete game three hitter in the Knights 9-1 win over host El Monte Friday in Mission Valley League play.

Acosta Awesome for Eagles

By Corey Kwok (El Monte) – Angel Acosta made it look effortless while throwing a no hitter for Gabrielino in a 7-1 win over El Monte. He went the distance and used 127 pitches to beat the host Lions in Mission Valley League play Friday afternoon.
