Oiler Arsenal too much for Keppel
(Montebello) – There are just too many weapons. Keppel was good. Montebello was better. Keppel made a push but Montebello pushed harder. Keppel rallied but Montebello responded. And in the end Montebello was too much for the Aztecs in a 76-61 win Friday night.

I finally got out to see some high school basketball this week. The annual Temple City – La Salle Holiday Classic is always a good place to start. There were some good players, solid teams and competitive games. I’m not sure why but the transition from football seemed tougher this year.
