By John Boccabella (La Canada) – South Pasadena beat La Canada 21-3 on the field Friday night to take third place in the Rio Hondo Division and earn a spot in the CIF Central Division Playoffs. Or did they? Off the field they have apparently lost.
Knights Send Eagles South, 34-22
By Alex Gonzalez (South El Monte) – Chaz Miller ran for a touchdown and threw for one while Randy Amezcua added three on the ground to lead Arroyo to a 34-22 win over South El Monte Friday night.

By Bob Apodaca (Arcadia) – Brian Gadsby threw six touchdowns passes and Jonathan Jun rushed for 122 yards and a touchdown to lead Crescenta Valley to a 61-30 rout of Arcadia Friday night on the Apache home field.
Claremont Steals Momentum Late; Wins in OT
By Steven Mercado The Claremont Wolfpack forced a late-game fumble and scored a touchdown and two-point conversion to bring the contest against the Bonita Bearcats to overtime on Friday night. The Wolfpack kept the momentum from regulation and finished their comeback victory, 28-21.

Chargers Claim Hacienda in Rout
