La Mirada (6-3, 5-0) – Showed some intestinal fortitude with a great comeback against Norwalk to clinch the top spot in the league. Now must play sound football and dispose of Bellflower prior to the playoffs next week.

Mayfair (6-4, 5-1) – Winning makes everyone happy and the Monsoons finished on a winning note by demolishing Artesia last week.

Cerritos (3-6, 2-3) – Dons needed to win out and are one step closer to finishing an improbable run to the playoffs. Shocking Bellflower sent waves through the league.

Bellflower (5-4, 2-3) – Buccaneers have some nice parting gifts as they exit stage left from the 2010 season. Bad way to look ahead and lose a game they desperately needed.
