At a passing tournament, especially one called a shootout; most of the focus is on the quarterbacks. So we’ve compiled a list of the quarterbacks that will be throwing Saturday at the SGV Shootout for all 24 teams.
On teams where the starting position isn’t completely settled we’ve listed a second QB as well. For Covina, Billy Livingston, the starter, will not be at the tournament because he is attending a camp. We have noted the QB that will be throwing.
