Kick it!

I’ve been telling friends that are Oakland Raiders fans to be patient with General Manager Reggie McKenzie. There might be some pain now, but in the long run he’s going to correct all of the Al Davis decisions that buried the franchise…Then I read that McKenzie signed former St. Louis Rams tackle Alex Barron…

…Stay tuned, I’m working on a response.

In my first MLB fantasy draft I acquired Mike Trout, Matt Kemp, and Clayton Kershaw…

Oh, I have always been a Florida Coast Gulf fan…I mean Florida Gulf Coast College fan…I mean a Florida…you know, this latest flavor of the weekend…

Three years, 15-million, for one of my favorite players of all time, is way too much for the Houston Texans to pay Ed Reed…

The rumor of Pasadena Marshall to the Mission Valley League were tough to believe until I was told an argument was made for them to be the seventh team in the MVL.

What division would the proposed “Crescent League” be in if it comes to pass?

Actually we proposed the “Crescent League” about nine years ago right here at the Mid Valley but we used a different name…tact, grace, and decency precludes us from sharing what that name was now…

Next Note Dodgers: Since I’ve plat-formed dived back into baseball this season I would like to let everyone know that when you see me wearing a Dodgers jersey with “Crawford” on the back that it’s in honor of former Dodger Willie Crawford not current Dodger Carl Crawford.

Note to Raider Fans: GET OUT!!! You signed Alex Barron, only thing worse than Alex Barron at tackle is me doing algebra…

Last Note Dodgers: The last time they had a left fielder with an arm as bad as Carl Crawford’s they ended up winning the World Series…

Expect La Puente to announce its new football HC on Friday…

Last word out of Arcadia is they are still looking…We still stick to our guns in regards to what we said a month ago; a familiar name will end up leading the Apache program.

Schools have no money, no teaching positions available, and varsity head coaching jobs to fill…sounds like perfect conditions for the return of Mike Mooney to the sidelines…

I like the idea of Crescenta Valley in the Rio Hondo League…

Go Pablo!

Really Last Note Dodgers: I love the whole idea of playing and preparing to go to the World Series. If Crawford stays healthy along with Kemp and Andre Ethier it could be exciting…Adrian Gonzalez at first? Wonderful…I’ll put up with A.J. Ellis behind the plate because I put with Steve Yeager hitting .227 back in the day…Hanley Ramirez, he’s hurt so I won’t complain there…But come on, what is going on at second and third?…Hariston? Schumacher? Barden? Who’s next Chad Fonville?

The Dude abides…
