One remaining team in the Central is still undefeated. There are 14 teams with one loss, but most impressively is that Ayala has matched its win total from last season in

just four games. Wildcats lose a little ground after tough loss to St. Francis and Colony hands Pomona their first loss of the season. La Canada was given a dose of reality with loss to Crescenta Valley and San Marino lost a game they really hand no business losing.

  1. Colony (3-1) – Titans are scoring a ton of points in last two games, face tough test against La Habra. (3)
  2. Monrovia (3-1) – Loss to the Golden Knights shouldn’t cause many to jump off bandwagon. (1)
  3. Kaiser (2-1) – Had very no trouble over winless Valley View (2)
  4. Charter Oak (2-2) – Dominant win over usually tough defending Bell Gardens (5)
  5. Glendora (2-1) – Should get a good gauge on where Tartans belong after this week. (7)
  6. Ayala (3-1) – Comeback from Utah with a win and now Bulldogs are in the mix. (9)
  7. West Covina (2-2) – Can excuse loss to high powered Tesoro. (6)
  8. San Marino (3-1) – After flying high for the first three weeks, Titans come crashing to earth. (4)
  9. Claremont (3-1) – Wolfpack finally cracks Top 10 after impressive win over Covina. (NR)
  10. Montclair (3-0) – Cavaliers make debut in Top 10, should get good barometer of where they belong after facing Pomona. (NR)

Others receiving consideration: Diamond Ranch(3-1), La Canada (3-1), Bonita (3-1)
