1. Charter Oak heads into the Central Division playoffs on a three-game winning streak.

2. Mark Sanchez throws for 332 yards and two touchdowns during Philadelphia’s 45-21 rout against Carolina on Monday night.

3. Seattle ties FC Dallas 0-0 on Monday night and advances to MLS Western Conference Finals against Los Angeles on Sunday, November 23.

4. NCAA Men’s basketball starts on November 14.

5.  Diamond Bar lost the last seven of eight games to end the season.

6. La Canada’s Cal McFadden finished the regular season with 74 tackles and three sacks to lead the defense.

7. Los Angeles Clippers fall to 4-3 after loss to San Antonio on Monday night.

8. On this day in 1944, the New York Rangers set an NHL record of 25 games without a win (0-21-4).

9. On this day in 2008 Herb Score passed away at the age of 75.  Matt Garza shares a birthday with Jason Grilli on this day.
