1. St. Louis Rams receiver Stedman Bailey is in intensive care but in stable condition after being shot twice in the head in Miami Gardens, Florida.

2. Hall of Famer Frank Gifford, who died in August at the age of 84, suffered from chronic traumatic encephalopathy according to his family.

3. Kobe Bryant’s 1 for 14 shooting performance Tuesday night tied his worst shooting night ever when taking more than four shots. He was also 1 for 14 last November against San Antonio.

4. Former San Diego Padres Manager Bud Black has rejoined the Angels as a special assistant to the GM.

5. La Mirada quarterback Tristan Meyer 2015 stats: 115-161-1620 yards, 26 TD, 1 Int.

6. Cathedral quarterback Andrew Tovar 2015 stats: 219-328-3435 yards, 46 TD, 6 Int.
