1. The Golden State Warriors will meet the Portland Trail Blazers in the Western Conference Finals. The first game is Tuesday night in Oakland.

2. The Toronto Raptors will meet the Milwaukee Bucks in the Eastern Conference Finals. The first game is Wednesday night in Milwaukee.

3. Kawhi Leonard’s buzzer beating jump shot in Game 7 to beat the Philadelphia 76ers.

4. The Lakers sign Frank Vogel to a three-year deal to be their new head coach. Jason Kidd will join the staff as his top assistant.

5. Former Arizona head football coach Dick Tomey passed away at the age of 80. Tomey was the winningest coach in Arizona football history.

6. Phoenix Suns forward Josh Jackson was arrested over the weekend in Miami and faces a felony charge of escape and a misdemeanor charge of resisting arrest.

7. Warriors forward Kevin Durant will miss at least the first game against Portland with a strained calf.

8. Former Kansas City Chiefs HC Gunther Cunningham passed away at the age of 72. Cunningham served two stints as the Chiefs DC and was the head coach in 1999 and 2000.

9. Mid Valley Sports writer Tim Peterson was decleated on the South sideline of the North-South All-Star game Friday night at Arcadia High.

10. Former NBA star forward Dennis Rodman turns 58 today.

    You have to be a football player to be decleated. What happens to old timers on the sidelines is called being rolled up.
