- The Arizona Diamondbacks set a major league record with their 23rd straight road loss Thursday falling to the San Francisco Giants 10-3.
- Naomi Osaka has withdrawn from Wimbledon to take personal time with friends and family.
- The Philadelphia 76ers blew a 26 point second quarter lead and lost to the Atlanta Hawks 109-106 Wednesday night in Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Semi Finals. The Hawks lead the series 3-2.
- The Milwaukee Bucks beat the Brooklyn Nets 104-89 in Game 6 Thursday night to force a Game 7 in the Eastern Conference Semi Finals.
- Phoenix Suns point guard Chris Paul has entered the NBA’s health and safety protocols and is out indefinitely. Paul’s status for the Western Conference Finals is uncertain.
- Charlotte Hornets guard/ former Chino Hills star LaMelo Ball was voted NBA Rookie of the Year.
- The Charter Oak Super 7 on 7 Tournament is scheduled for Saturday June 26.

Nice to be tantalized about the Bonita tourney, but the pressing question is: will the general public be allowed to attend, or, like other events, is it going to be a General Hospital thing? Perhaps if we rename this the Bonita Social Protest, all can go with no questions asked.
