2. CFP National Championship game, Monday January 10: #1 Alabama vs. #3 Georgia, 8:00 p.m. ESPN. 
3. Ohio St. beat Utah 48-45 in the Rose Bowl Saturday. 
4. Notre Dame blew a 28-7 first half lead in a 37-35 loss to Oklahoma State Saturday in the Playstation Fiesta Bowl. 
5. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers released wide receiver Antonio Brown after he refused to enter the game on Sunday against the New York Jets, then ripped off his pads, jersey and undershirt and then dashed off the field while waiving to fans. 
6. The Rams beat the Baltimore Ravens 20-19 Sunday to claim the #2 seed in the NFC. They play the San Francisco 49ers next week and are currently one game ahead of the Arizona Cardinals in the NFC West. 
7. The Cincinnati Bengals clinched the AFC North with a 34-31 win over the Kansas City Chiefs Sunday. It’s the Bengals first playoff berth since 2015. 
8. The Tennessee Titans clinched the AFC South with a 34-3 win over the Miami Dolphins Sunday. 
9. In the Rose Bowl Ohio St. quarterback C.J. Stroud threw for 573 yards and six touchdowns – both Rose Bowl records. Buckeyes receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba set the record for any FBS Bowl game with 347 yards receiving. 
10. Former NFL head coach Dan Reeves, who guided both the Denver Broncos and the Atlanta Falcons to the Super Bowl, passed away Saturday at the age of 77. Reeves also coached the New York Giants for four seasons.
