    @Warren Dad

I thought that it was obvious that I was joking.
Just trying to have a little fun with the local
cry babies jealous of La Serna’s do it the right way
    homegrown success.

@ Anonymous, I don’t need a history lesson on LS football. We all know Santa Fe was dominating the league back then and we know how they did it. You seem to be interested in the Del Rio, what’s your team or are you too embarrassed to say? You keep crying about open enrolment, these are our local Whittier boys. I’m also a Del Rio fan and have family that went to school at La Serna, Whittier, Cal High and El Rancho. I root for all our teams in the preseason and playoffs.

@ Maverick, before open enrollment La Serna was the DELETED of the Del Rio & Whitmont Leagues. If you’ve been a “fan” for 20 years, then you now how pathetic the “Friendly Hills” team was.

Anonymous your just a troll that won’t represent a team because they suck and you stay anonymous…

Your crying about open enrollment, all the schools in WUHSD can benefit from it. You can’t help it if kids want to come to a winning program. LS doesn’t recruit like some programs with high profile coaches. I’ve been a LS fan for 20 years, before the glory years. Maybe your team can start winning, then you will show yourself. Lol

@ Maverick… What is the difference between transfers, and a team with their best talent comprised
with players who should be playing at other schools. Long Beach Poly does same thing. LS is
only school in district benefitting from open enrollment. So enough with the homegrown LS does
    it the right way B.S.

LSJuggernaut is not a LS fan he’s a troll.

Warren was the only game LS lost 32-26 that’s a 6 point loss to Pearson’s transfer squad. LS and Serra was the only teams that gave Warren any real competition. I will be surprised if the Bears get by Sierra Canyon and the rest of the teams in D2 and win a CIF championship.
I guess Nico was smart staying at Warren, no way Long Beach Poly is winning CIF against Mater Dei.

@ LSJuggernaut, LS would still win league without open enrollment. The “Friendly” Hills produce stellar
athletes. No need to go down the hill, or surrounding areas.

The only game La Serna tanked this year was Warren.
LS took a 16-6 lead and then pulled their starters at halftime, or
LS beats Warren by 30. They also punted on 2nd down 3 times.

In fact, LS even played the 3rd Long brother, the
aptly named (Third & Long) aka Howie Jr at QB
for the 2nd Half and he is just an 8th grader
I know this because a friend of my uncle’s buddy is the
brother in law of the district guy whose sister’s corrupt husband
approved open enrollment so that La Serna could achieve world or at
least Del Porky’s League domination for all eternity.

Yes, La Serna is just that; La Sinister!
