James Harden is traded to the Clippers. Pride of Artesia High coming home.
Rams are now the Safford led Detroit lions. A strong armed QB not mobile and can’t shoot straight.
Lincoln Riley played on offense back in the day, while Pete Carroll was a defensive back. No surprise then that Riley is more offense-oriented while Carroll was more defense-oriented. At this point in Pete’s USC stint, things were on the uprise, while with Riley, it’s clear things are not right. Defense is not glamorous, but it’s the indispensable ingredient in winning football games, particularly big games. Looks like Troy put the cart before the horse on this hire.
