(Covina) – Charter Oak beat St. Francis in the Semi-Finals and then knocked off Rancho Cucamonga 16-14 on a touchdown pass from Corin Berry to Antonio Reasby in the final seconds of the championship game to win the Big Lou Memorial Super 7 v 7 Charter Oak Tournament Saturday.
