It seems like I’m getting this every week now. After hearing it from Schurr’s Albert “Rhino” Perez last week after picking against the Spartans, this week I came face to face with Rudy Robles of Whittier Christian.

Heralds are Semi Tough

(Whittier) – Stephen Anderson threw for 161 yards and three touchdowns to lead Whittier Christian to a 28-17 win over Covina Friday night at Whittier College. With the victory the Heralds earned a trip to the CIF Mid-Valley Division Semi Finals next week.   

Whittier Christians March On 21-14

By Tim Peterson (Whittier) – It wasn’t pretty. It wasn’t the way Whittier Christian is accustomed to winning games. But it was a W and the Heralds will take it as they knocked off Salesian 21-14 to remain undefeated Friday night at Whittier College.
