Andrew Policky Returns to Arcadia

New Arcadia Apache HC Andrew Policky
Apaches hire alum as new head football coach.
We said at the start it was going to be a familiar face and it is.
“He’s an Apache alumni and he coached with us from 2005-’07,” said Arcadia assistant Eric Elias. ”He’s a Jon Dimalante guy, like me. He’s a great fit for us. I’m [...]

The Peterson Principle 2/25/13

Maranatha quarterback Eli Snyder has a year of experience under his belt
It would seem it wouldn’t take the death of an owner to get a team motivated but whatever it takes I guess. There have been three straight victories since the death of Dr. Jerry Buss and Dwight Howard is still in the fold so [...]

Apaches Are up and Running

Arcadia’s Jake Medel will be key in the offense
(Arcadia) – Arcadia returned from the dead period and put on the pads for the first time on Wednesday. The Apaches have always been long on skill players and this year should be no exception. Transfer Joey Harmon and Zach Yee are both getting extended time at quarterback.

Sheldon McKinley is the [...]

Maranatha QB Andrew Elffers
Maranatha hosted San Gabriel, Whittier Christian and Arcadia on Thursday.

Maranatha HC Pete Karavedas
The day in quotes…
“I’m excited about this season. I really like the way our guys are playing,” said Arcadia linebacker Austin “White Lightning” Ford. “Getting Joey Harmon was a real snag but the thing is he really is battling with Zach Yee. The coaches aren’t letting [...]

Arcadia Assistant Eric Elias is high on the Apache skill players
Would it be a stretch to say Arcadia in the Pacific?  The league is in flux. Burbank and Crescenta Valley have lost a lot of players to graduation, as did Pasadena. The Bulldogs have Brandon Cox, the best quarterback in the league, but does [...]

The TEN: 5/17/2012

The TEN

2.) Former Temple City National Dodger Jonathan Serven just signed a scholarship to play baseball at Long Beach State  and is [...]

Fanview Lite: April 27, 2012

Joe T.
Kick it!
No one else mentioned it so I will, but did the prospective number one picks in the green room for the NFL Draft have to fill out a request in advance to say that they would need child care?
In light of recent events from Burbank to La Verne, from Pasadena to La Mirada, [...]
