By Rich Whittington (Montebello) – The Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Mary Cardinals improved to 2-1 Friday evening, defeating the visiting, and once undefeated, La Canada Spartans 14-9, in front of an ultra-supportive crowd at Greg Kabat Field.

Wildcats Grind Down Moors in Final Quarter

By Ron Vrooman (Hacienda Heights) – Junior running back Dominic Ezeonye rushed 25 times for 259 yards and five touchdowns to power the Wilson Wildcats to a 35-21 victory over the visiting Alhambra Moors last Friday night.
