Jermaine Thomas (3 catches 137yds) caught two of those scoring passes, Andrew Viotti (3/90) grabbed the other pair. Chris “Bad Man” Harris rushed for 189 yards.

Note: Shining for Santa Clara that night was sophomore running back Cierre Wood, who would later play for Notre Dame. He is currently on the New England Patriots practice squad.
