(Temple City) – Temple City fell t0 Hamilton 4-2 Saturday in the Championship game of the Elks Tournament at Temple City High.
The Rams were held to just two hits in the seven innings. Tyler Hazlett started for Temple City and went five innings striking out five. Kevin Chavez came on to throw the last two innings. Hamilton, down 2-1, scored three runs in the fifth to go up by two. The Yankees held on over the final two frames.
TC reached the final by virtue of a Josh Speakes two hitter in a 4-1 win over La Salle on Thursday.
