TC Speakes Loud & Title Bound!

After losing to Monrovia three times this season, and going winless against the Wildcats all the way back to 2012, the Rams scored a 4-0 victory in the Division 5 semifinals Tuesday afternoon to advance to the CIF championship.

By Tim Peterson (Temple City) – Josh Speakes fired a complete game allowing just five hits and striking out five and Chris Rabine banged out three hits to lead Temple City to a 12-0 shutout of Banning Tuesday in the first round of the Division 5 CIF Playoffs.
M-Town Still Unbeaten in Rio
By Tim Peterson (Temple City) – Monrovia scored a run in the seventh inning to snap a tie and went on to beat Temple City 2-1 Friday in Rio Hondo League action.
Rams, Cats Win Rio Hondo Openers
By Tim Peterson Temple City won in dramatic fashion Friday scoring four runs in the top of the seventh to erase a 1-0 deficit and beat San Marino 4-1 in the Rio Hondo League opener.
