1. Miami Dolphins defensive tackle Kendrick Norton had his left arm amputated and remains hospitalized after a car accident in Miami early Thursday morning.

2. Cody Bellinger hit two home runs Wednesday night including a walk off in the tenth inning as the Dodgers beat the Arizona Diamondbacks 5-4. Thursday night he homered again in a 5-1 win over San Diego. Bellinger now has 30 on the year.

3. Dodger outfielder Joc Pederson will participate in the Home Run Derby Monday.

4. On July 20th from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. the Cathedral Alumni Association will be honoring Coach Kevin Pearson for his 22 years of Service. Coach Pearson holds the most wins in Cathedral High School History. Former players and Alumni will be in attendance.

5. Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliot will not be disciplined by the NFL for a May incident in Las Vegas.

6. ESPN’s Jalen Rose says he’s hearing it’s a 99 percent chance that Kawhi Leonard signs with the Toronto Raptors.

    The Lakers met with Kawhi at the Four Seasons hotel in Westlake Village. The Clippers entertained Leonard at the Malibu home of Doc Rivers. The Clippers were represented by billionaire owner Steve Ballmer, his highly experienced and respected GM Dave Wohl, Doc Rivers and Jerry West. The Lakers were represented by Jeannie Buss and Rob Pelinka. You tell me: which scenario is more likely to impress?

    Will Kawhi sign here, will he sign there….another few days of this stuff and it’s 100% sure nobody will care.
